Is NeoCharge Connect Secure?

NeoCharge safeguards your data by never storing login credentials on our servers. Upon linking to your manufacturer's account, we obtain an authorization token for direct device communication.

We securely store an encrypted version of this token and discard sensitive data, ensuring utmost privacy.

Will This Work With The Smart Splitter?

The Smart Splitter will very soon be supported by NeoCharge Connect. Initially the app will connect directly with your EV for the most control and optimization capabilites. We will be rolling our Smart Splitter support starting end of Q1 2024.
